Charles and I are recently back from Washington state, where we got one of my besties married off to her special someone. (We’re so happy for them!)

Life being chaotic, our friends’ ceremony came together fairly last-minute–including the bride asking me to be her maid of honor just a week before the wedding, LOL.

But the young couple’s friends and family united heroically, everyone bringing their unique skills to the table, and the end result was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever seen.

And now, Charles and I are back in Wisconsin, “That Busy Time at The End of the Year” is fast approaching (I won’t invoke its name just yet!!), and my Lake Geneva stores are excited to host me for book signing events!

Wine Walk at The Hive

Wine Walk is returning to Lake Geneva! Grab your favorite friends, reserve tickets for your party, and enjoy a glorious afternoon strolling downtown Lake Geneva while browsing shops and sampling wine.

Year after year, Wine Walk raises the limit on available tickets, and year after year, they sell out. If you find a wine you love, you can purchase a bottle afterwards at The Bottle Shop in Lake Geneva.

One of the many locations along the tour this year will be The Hive, one of Lake Geneva’s best-kept secrets. Billing itself as “Etsy Live,” this downstairs store is radiant with the creations and collections of local artisans.

During Fall Wine Walk, The Hive will host Lake Geneva’s own Danielle Lincoln Hanna, author of the beloved Mailboat Suspense Series. Meet the author in person, get the inside scoop on her books, and pick up your very own autographed copies!
